The Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2009 becomes the set to show the work of the students of the University of Milan who attended the training course aimed to designers with creative sensitivity and able to reshape the traditional wedding world by making the event's project emotional and professional in all its steps.
Thanks to the sponsorship of CELC-Masters of Linen, the linen, besides beeing the common thread of the course, becomes the leader of the set designs of the event as well.
The course's lecturers interpret all colors of the white with the contribute of contemporary artists like Angela Ardisson and Sugart.it with Bernique's artworks.
Light installations combine and mix with different symbols which evoke dream emotions: the wedding dress becomes a corset in linen floating in the air. By magic the table splits in twleve cylinders like the pieces on the checkers' table.
The designers start the role playing by involving the public into a new wedding performance.
